Service Description
Please include information/screenshot of which pre-drawn design you would like when filling out the booking form! The exact pricing for each piece can be found on the Available Pre-drawn Designs page when you select the image of the flash design! Once you submit this service request I will review your submission and if accepted I will send you a Square invoice via email and confirm your selected appointment time. If you are booking a larger piece that might require two sessions I will reach out and then we can discuss the process from there!
Cancellation Policy
By submitting your tattoo form, you are agreeing to the Unbirthday Ink LLC deposit policy outlined below. Deposits will be collected via a square invoice we will send you through the email you provide us after we have reviewed your booking form and confirmed an appointment time and date that works for you. ​ we gladly provide a free virtual tattoo consultation via Google Meets in order to verbally discuss your ideas and schedule a time and date for your appointment. ​ All accepted bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm an appointment; the cost of your deposit will be dependent on the size/complexity of your tattoo and can range from $50-$100. Deposits will go towards the final price of the tattoo! Deposits will be paid via a Square invoice that will be sent to the email you provide in your booking form. ​ Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule an appointment, you may be asked to pay a new/separate deposit. Appointments rescheduled to a date within 6 weeks of the original appointment will have the original deposit honored. ​ If you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, PLEASE contact me directly via my booking email (booking@unbirthday-ink.com) as soon as possible. ​ If you no-show to your appointment or cancel your appointment without letting me know within at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, your deposit is considered forfeited and you will be asked to re-submit a new booking request form and place a new deposit for any future appointments.
