Returns or Exchanges?
I currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If you seriously have an issue with your product, email me at Orders@unbirthday-ink.com

Shipping
Packages shipped within the US will be Shipped via USPS and will include a tracking code.

Payments
We accept all major credit/debit cards securely through Wix Payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

"Will you hold this for me?"
No, all One of a kind Art pieces are sold on a first come and first serve basis.

"My order was lost/damaged in transit"
Please contact me if you have not received your order or if it arrives damaged.
If your item is marked as delivered I will not replace your order if you did not receive it. Please contact your local post office to inquire where it was delivered to.I will not replace orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address. If the item is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will refund your order minus the cost of shipping.

"When will my order ship?"
I ship out orders every few days in between tattooing.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your local postal service.

Packaging
Large and medium prints will be placed in a plastic cover and rolled into a 12" x 9" x 2" Cardboard poster mailing tube to ensure that they will arrive safely. To uncurl the print once it arrives please reroll the print in the opposite direction of its curl and put it back into the tube for an hour or so.*Also, if you are placing a large order that includes keychains, sticker books etc, they will be shipped separately from large/medium prints to ensure all products arrive safely.
